Whose Water?

This film explores the notion of state ownership of natural resources, and demonstrates how water structures set up with support from Government of India-UNDP pro-poor initiative programme have enabled villagers to grow two crops at a time. The programme has also resulted in increase in water table, reduction in migration and strengthening of community action in the Indian state of Rajasthan.
