This document incorporates the outputs of three discussions on Microfinance Regulations - Malegam Committee Report, National Regulatory Framework for Microfinance Sector and Microfinance (Development and Regulation) Bill. While the discussion on national regulatory framework incorporates various issues related to regulation in the microfinance sector, discussions on Malegam Committee and Microfinance (Development and Regulation) Bill focus specifically on the key issues that are covered in the Malegam Committee report and MF bill.
